    SCULPT is where we build tone, improve posture, and create control using intentional mat Pilates sequences.

    Expect a focus on core strength, mobility, and muscular endurance. You’ll feel every rep - and love the results.

    STRETCH combines deep passive holds, active flexibility drills, end-range strength, and mobility tools to not just get more flexible - but to stay flexible and strong. You’ll learn how to isolate, activate, and expand your usable range safely and effectively.

    Another bonus? By combining these two class styles, you get all of the strengthening and lengthening benefits with minimal-to-no post workout DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness)!
